At IVS Group, our commitment to inclusivity and gender equality remains an integral part of our corporate culture. Over the past year, we have continued a communication journey aimed at raising awareness and encouraging active engagement around the values of fairness, respect and appreciation of diversity.
Through content shared across our workplaces and digital channels, we have explored topics such as inclusive language, respectful behaviours and the importance of fostering an environment where every individual feels welcomed, valued and empowered to contribute.
This commitment has also extended beyond our organisation through a dedicated social media campaign, providing an opportunity to share the values that inspire our daily actions and to encourage a broader conversation on issues that affect us all.
Among the initiatives that have enriched this journey was a podcast series comprising seven seasons, entirely dedicated to themes of inclusion and equality. Several IVS Group employees took part, contributing their perspectives and sharing personal experiences that helped bring these topics to life through authentic and meaningful discussions.
Listening to people remains at the heart of our approach. For this reason, we conducted an internal survey to gather ideas, interests and suggestions from colleagues across the Group. The feedback received will help us design new opportunities for connection, dialogue and shared experiences, including initiatives that extend beyond the workplace. Our aim is to promote stronger relationships within the organisation while also recognising and respecting individual and family commitments.
Looking ahead, we are confident that this journey will continue through new projects, initiatives and opportunities for discussion, always with people at the centre.
