The importance of cultural integration for IVS Group

Every May 21, the World Day of Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development celebrates the essential role of intercultural dialogue in achieving peace and sustainable progress.
Established in 2002 by the United Nations General Assembly, its message also inspired the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

In the words of its director-general Audrey Azoulay, it can be said that “on this Day, UNESCO invites everyone to celebrate cultural diversity, through which we will be able to build humanity’s intellectual and moral solidarity.”

And it is precisely this spirit that also animates IVS teams, often made up of men and women from different cultures and latitudes.
As in the staff of the Pedrengo branch (province of Bergamo), which brings together employees from as many as 12 nations. In addition to Italy the list includes Moldova, Ukraine, Brazil, Albania, Niger, Congo, Australia, Argentina, Kosovo, Bolivia and Colombia.

Because cultural richness comes from encounter and integration. And the IVS Group fully testifies to that.
