IVS Group S.A. is the Italian leader and second largest operator in Europe in the operation of automatic and semiautomatic vending machines for the dispensing of hot, cold and snack drinks (vending). The core vending business is mainly in Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland, with about 292,300 vending and semi-automatic machines; with a very large network of 130 branches and 4,000 employees. IVS Group serves more than 15,000 companies.
The IVS Group S.A. Board of Directors meeting shows that the figures are really interesting: the consolidated turnover for H1 2023 is 370.9 million euros, +88.4% compared to 196.9 million euros for H1 2022. The previous figures that did not yet include the activities that entered the group in the second half of 2022, including those from the business combination with GeSA, Liomatic and Vendomat.
Thus, 2023 represents IVS Group’s first full year in the business structure and scope determined by the business combination that began in July 2022.
Our goals remain ambitious until the end of 2023 where we want to reach the important symbolic threshold of one billion disbursements, with increased margins in all business areas.
